Pursuant to Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: "GDPR"), we inform you that:
Who will administer your personal data?
The joint controllers of your personal data are:

Puławska 180, 02-670 Warsaw, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000079418, NIP (Tax ID): 521-00-82-366, with a share capital of PLN 18,038,000.00.

2. Atos Poland Global Services sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Bydgoszcz, at ul. Kraszewskiego 1, 85-240 Bydgoszcz, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000811198, NIP (Tax ID): 5213207288, REGON: 015218598, with a share capital of PLN 3,805,500.00.

Definitions of Terms Used in the Privacy Policy
1. GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
2. Website or Websites – the online service operated by Atos Poland, through which the Company provides its services. The websites are available at: www.atos.edu.pl
3. Unregistered User – an adult natural person who uses the website without the need to create an Account.
4. Registered User – an adult natural person who uses the website by logging into their Account.
5. Account – a collection of resources and settings created for the User within the Website, used to manage services.
6. Profile – a feature of the Account that allows the User to collect selected information.
7. Client / Service Recipient – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality, which is granted legal capacity by specific provisions, who registers for Training via the Registration Form.
8. Agreement – the contract concluded between the Parties, under which the Organizer undertakes to conduct the Training, and the Service Recipient undertakes to pay the fee. The Agreement is concluded at the moment the fee for the Training is paid.
Why and on What Legal Basis Will Your Personal Data Be Processed?
Your data will be processed for the purposes of:
1. performing the contract (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, i.e., providing data is necessary to execute the contract with the Client for conducting the training);
2. direct marketing carried out by the Controller based on a legitimate interest (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). Consent to direct marketing using email addresses and phone numbers, including the use of telecommunications terminal equipment and automatic calling systems, is voluntary (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR in connection with Articles 10(1) and (2) of the Act on Providing Electronic Services and Article 172 of the Telecommunications Law) and may be withdrawn at any time;
3. responding to questions or requests submitted via the contact form. The processing of personal data is based on voluntary consent resulting from the use of the form (in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR); providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to provide a response;
4. potential establishment, pursuit, or defense of claims (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), i.e., the Controller's legitimate interest.
How long will your personal data be processed?
Your data will be processed:
1. for the purpose specified in point a) for the period required by law, during which the Controller is obliged to retain contractual documentation for tax and insurance settlement purposes;
2. for the purpose specified in point b) until the consent is withdrawn;
3. for the purpose specified in point c) personal data will be stored until a response to the submitted questions is provided or until the consent is withdrawn;
4. for the purpose specified in point d) for the limitation period of claims resulting from legal regulations.
To whom will your personal data be disclosed?
1. Your data will be disclosed to other recipients only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes indicated above, while observing the principle of data minimization.
2. Recipients of the data may include entities providing accounting services to the Company and other entities processing the data based on a data processing agreement.
Your data may also be disclosed to third parties (e.g., police, courts, prosecution authorities) if the obligation to provide the data arises from applicable laws and these entities request their disclosure.
3. Detailed information about the entities and purposes of data disclosure can be found in the table at the end of the document (point 24).
What are your rights regarding the processing of personal data by the Controller?
1. In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:
a) access your Data (in accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR),
b) request correction of your Data (in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR),
c) request deletion of your Data (in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR),
d) request restriction of Data processing (in accordance with Article 18 of the GDPR),
e) object to the processing of Data based on the Controller’s legitimate interests (in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR),
f) request data portability (in accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR),
g) withdraw consent to the processing of your Data at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal.
2. You can exercise these rights by submitting an appropriate statement to the Controllers, whose contact details are provided in points 1 and 2 of this document.
3. If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
4. The Controller will not make automated decisions based on your Data, including profiling.
