Training objectives:
The goal of the DevOps Foundation training is to familiarize participants with the key concepts and practices of DevOps, as well as to understand the organizational culture and collaboration methods in companies implementing these principles. Participants will learn about the benefits of applying DevOps, such as improved agility, communication, and early error detection in projects. The training also highlights the advantages of using the DevOps model in parallel with Agile, Lean, and ITSM methodologies.
