Joanna Walczak

HR Business Partner

Who am I?

As an HR Business Partner, I support our leaders and teams at every stage of their journey — from their first day in the organization to pivotal moments in their careers. My expertise focuses on the employee and manager lifecycle, especially on what happens “between the lines”. Previously, I gained experience in the pharmaceutical industry — both recruiting talent and supporting managers with their daily challenges, as well as building relationships with universities. I have gained insider knowledge of sales and marketing departments, as well as key business support functions. There, I learned how to align people’s needs with organizational goals — and how to translate strategy into concrete actions. I have been a certified mentor for many years.

As a mentor, I can help you with:

Do you want to step into a new role — as a manager, mentor, or a true HR professional? Are you thinking about changing your career path but don’t know where to start? Or maybe you want to build a team that runs like a well-oiled machine — even in an international environment? If you’re also interested in personal development topics, that’s great — we can work on it together!

  • Personal development as a leader and manager, including in large, international environments.
  • Setting goals and employee evaluation processes — because development starts with conversation and the courage to give feedback.
  • In crisis situations — because that’s when HR can be the greatest support.
