Training objectives:

The ITIL® Foundation (version 5) training introduced participants to a modern approach to managing IT services and digital products, aligned with the latest version of the global ITIL framewok.

The program focuses not only on traditional IT Service Management, but also on digital product management, user experience, and the use of the new technologies such as AI.

Understanding the basics of ITIL (Version 5):

Participants learn the key concepts and principles related to managing services and digital products.

Understanding the structure of ITIL (Version 5):

The training covers the ITIL Value System, the four dimensions, and the core elements of products and service management.

Preparation for the certification exam:

The training prepares participants to pass the ITIL® Foundation (version 5) exam, which is the first step in the certification path. As part of the training, participants receive materials and a voucher for the online certification exam via PeopleCert portal - the certification body.

Applying ITIL in practice:

Participants learn how to use ITIL in their daily work - both in IT and in business teams.

Understanding changes compared to previous version:

Participants learn about the approach that combines service ang product management, as well as the role of the new areas such as automation and AI in organizations.
