Training objectives:
The goal of the PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner training is to enable participants to effectively combine the principles of PRINCE2® and Agile methodologies in an optimal way, creating the perfect blend. The course aims to provide tools and skills that allow for a flexible and practical approach to project management while maintaining full control and efficiency. Participants will learn how to scale projects to achieve the best results by integrating corporate requirements with modern working methods.

- Understanding theory through practical application.
- Preparation for the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam.
